Crown Colony Suites at 300 Congress Street has been serving the professional community since its construction in 1989. For over three decades, our building has provided premier office space for businesses of all sizes.
📅 Timeline
- 1989 – Building constructed
- 2026 – Major Maintenance has been performed in 2025 into this year to preserve the beauty of 300 Congress Street. To prevent water leaks all of the windows on the front of the building have been re-caulked and sealed. In addition a transparent silicon coating has been applied to the bricks. Finally, a new silicon coating was added to previous copper roofs. We will await a full season to judge effectiveness of this coating before completing the remainder of the building. So far these improvements seem to be working.
🏢 About the Building
300 Congress Street was built in 1989 by a Quincy Ma Developer named Moscone and sold off as Office Condos. Unfortunately he filed for bankruptcy shortly after the building was built and left the initial owners with no reserve fund and a fair amount of finish work to be completed. We were one of the first buildings in Crown Colony Park. Once we got over the initial financial issues, the Trustees took control and have done their best to maintain the building for its owners and tenants.
