This website, crowncolonysuites.com, is operated for the Crown Colony Suites professional office community at 300 Congress Street. It provides a private portal where unit owners and tenants can access building documents, view the building directory, and submit maintenance requests.
What information we collect
When you register for portal access, we collect your name, email address, and the account details you provide. Registration requests are reviewed and approved by an administrator before access is granted.
When you submit a form on this site — such as a maintenance request or a message to the community — we collect the information you enter in that form so it can be delivered to the appropriate recipient.
Cookies
If you log in, this site sets cookies to keep you signed in and remember your display preferences. Login cookies last for two days (or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”) and are removed when you log out. How we use and share your information
We use your information solely to operate the portal: to manage your account, to display the building directory to other approved owners and tenants, and to deliver your form submissions. How long we keep your information
Account information is retained while your account remains active. You can see and edit your personal information from your profile at any time. Form submissions are retained so that requests and messages can be tracked and followed up on.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted (except data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes).
